Prime52, the all-new dining destination on Dubai Marriott Harbour Hotel & Suites’ 52nd floor, steps into the spotlight for the 12th edition of Dubai Restaurant Week. From May 9th to 25th, diners are invited to indulge in a limited-time three-course menu that perfectly encapsulates the modern steakhouse – elegant, confident, and deeply rooted in seasonality.

Offered at AED 250 per person, from 6pm to 11pm, guests are able to sample Prime52’s signature dishes in a specially curated, three-course format and indulge in a thoughtfully composed menu that speaks to the restaurant’s distinctive culinary approach rooted in tradition with a modern, seasonal touch.

The menu begins with a selection of signature appetisers designed to awaken the palate. The Caesar Salad is reimagined with delicate Cecina, anchovies and finely shaved Parmesan, offering a familiar yet elevated introduction. For those seeking a more robust start to their dining experience, the Black Angus Steak Tartare – accompanied by herbed mayo and toasted sourdough – is one not to be missed. The Burrata & Tomato Tartare presents a lighter option, marrying the brightness of fresh and sun-dried tomatoes with a subtle herbs dressing. Meanwhile, the French Onion Soup, with caramelised onions and smoked Gruyère, is a warm and comforting homage to the traditional recipe.

Each main course speaks to Prime52’s core ethos: respect for quality ingredients, and a restrained confidence in their preparation. The marinated ½ Baby Chicken is grilled to perfection, served alongside seasonal vegetables to complement. The USDA Prime Black Angus Striploin, a centrepiece of the menu, is accompanied by crisp homemade fries and the restaurant’s signature Prime52 sauce – a refined take on a steakhouse classic. The Cedar Wood Roasted Norwegian Salmon, paired with a fennel salad and dill sauce, offers a lighter yet richly layered alternative. And for a touch of indulgence, the Wild Mushroom Ravioli with Truffle stands out as a quietly luxurious and earthy vegetarian option.

To end, the menu offers a choice of two desserts: the Apple Tarte Tatin is served warm, its sweetness balanced by the tartness of a wild berries jam. In contrast, the Chocolate Bliss is an unapologetically rich finale: 68% dark chocolate mousse layered with hazelnut praline and feuilletine crunch – a dessert that lingers long after the last spoonful.
